Michael M. Moawad, DMD

Michael Moawad, DMD, of Dental Arts of Paramus in Paramus, New Jersey, is a board-certified general dentist and nationally recognized expert in cosmetic dentistry.

He completed his undergraduate degree at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, where he excelled academically graduating magna cum laude. He then decided to continue his schooling at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey, where he received his doctorate of dental medicine. Afterward, he completed his residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey.

Dr. Moawad combines the practice of dentistry with the newest technologies available. He is a certified provider of Invisalign™, an innovative form of orthodontics involving nearly invisible aligners. He has a sedation permit from the state of New Jersey to practice sedation dentistry in addition to being certified to administer Botox.

Jessica Listwa, DMD

Jessica Listwa, DMD, is an experienced board-certified pediatric dentist at Dental Arts of Hoboken in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Dr. Listwa knew she wanted to be a pediatric dentist since she was three years old when she was first made comfortable by a dentist – and their stickers. Now she works each day to put her patients first, taking care to make sure each child is comfortable and that she is making the best decisions to help them overall, as well as to support their dental health.

Dr. Listwa is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Academy of Development Medicine and Dentistry, and the New Jersey Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also on the board of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Committee’s Council on Clinical Affairs, Committee on Special Health Care Needs.

After graduating from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, Dr. Listwa attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with honors in community service. She then completed her residency at the Connecticut Children’s NICU at UConn Health Center in Farmington, Connecticut, with a certificate in pediatric dentistry.

In her free time, Dr. Listwa is an outspoken advocate for special needs kids. She runs a website for caregivers and parents called ExceptionalSmiles.Org, which offers advice and recommendations for improving oral health and hygiene for people with special needs.

She is also a clinical director at Special Smiles in New Jersey, which offers comprehensive oral health care for Special Olympic athletes. Dr. Listwa also enjoys exploring all Hoboken has to offer with her daughter and husband on the weekends.

Sara Salama, DDS

Dr. Sarah Salama received her Doctor of Dental Medicine education from SUNY Stony Brook University. She completed her Pediatric Dental Residency at One Brooklyn Health Hospital. Driven by a passion for community service, she has actively contributed to underserved areas in the Dominican Republic, Egypt, and Bolivia.

Dr. Sarah feels blessed and fortunate to go to work every day, dedicating her time to children and their families. Her goal is to provide impeccable care while fostering a fun and friendly atmosphere. Known for her patience and compassionate approach, Dr. Sarah genuinely enjoys working with kids, aiming to make each dental visit exciting and positive.

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Sarah cherishes making lasting connections with her patients and witnessing their growth. She takes pride in using her extensive training to deliver high-quality dentistry for children of all ages. Michael Perrino DDS, MD

Dr. Perrino is a Board Certified dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon – trained and licensed as both a dentist and medical doctor with additional fellowship training in Craniofacial Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. Dr. Perrino practices full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery while maintaining a busy dentoalveolar and dental implant surgery practice.

Prior to joining Riverside Oral Surgery, Dr. Perrino was the Director of Cleft and Pediatric Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia University Medical Center and was responsible for managing the most complicated patients with a focus on repairing cleft lip and palate, Robin sequence, craniofacial reconstruction, including corrective jaw surgery, treatment of maxillofacial pathology and reconstruction, and pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery. He now has faculty appointments at Hackensack University Medical Center and Jacobi Medical Center where he continues to employ his specialized skill set and passion for teaching residents.

Dr. Perrino graduated from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine at the top of his class and was a member of the National Dental Honor Society, earning over a dozen awards for his scholarship. He completed the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at New York – Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. During his time at Columbia, Dr. Perrino earned his medical degree from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed a General Surgery Internship at NYPH. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Perrino received additional training as the Pediatric Oral and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery fellow at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh/University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is the only craniofacial fellowship-trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon in the Northern Jersey and New York City region. He is an active member of multiple national societies where he has been selected for committee positions. He presents and lectures nationally on various topics from medicine, to dental implants and grafting, to cleft, craniofacial and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Perrino volunteers abroad on surgical missions to treat children with cleft lip and palate in South American countries and co-directs a bi-annual trip to Mexico. He has a long list of publications in major journals with a focus on cleft and craniofacial surgery and pathology. When he is not in the office, Dr. Perrino loves spending time at home in Tenafly, NJ, with his wife, two children, and their dog.

Hani Braidy DMD, FRCD(C), FACS

Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Braidy earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Montreal in 1998. Following this, he completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. His journey in oral maxillofacial surgery continued with specialized training at Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, NJ, where he was honored with the “Very Reverend Michael Ivan Franczak Scholarship.”

Currently, Dr. Braidy serves as an Associate Professor at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, actively contributing to the Implant Center and the oral maxillofacial post-graduate residency program. His primary interests encompass computer-simulated and guided surgery, oral maxillofacial pathology, complex maxillofacial bone and soft tissue reconstruction, dentofacial deformities, and corrective jaw surgery, along with a focus on dental implants.

Dr. Lee was born & raised in Northern Virginia. He attended Carnegie Mellon University, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in chemistry. After a gap year working at a dental office, he attended University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine to obtain his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree. He is currently completing a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Having gone through a dental journey himself, Dr. Lee emphasizes compassion & education in dentistry. He aims to provide the highest standard of care to patients with the goal of restoring teeth & bringing out their best smile.

During his free time, he enjoys pursuing his music career. He enjoys writing English & Korean music & loves sharing inspiring messages with his followers. He is also involved with serving the community, working out/running, traveling & spending time with friends & family.
